At ACR Consulting Group, we believe every volunteer brings unique strengths. While no one needs to be an expert, we welcome individuals who are motivated to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful change.
We're looking for volunteers with:
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Comfort engaging with diverse communities and fostering inclusive dialogue.
- Community Development & Nonprofit Support: Experience in program coordination, grant writing, or partnership building.
- Advocacy & Policy Insight: Interest in refugee integration, diaspora engagement, or social justice issues.
- Creative Communication: Skills in branding, visual storytelling, or crafting clear, inclusive messaging.
- Digital & Technical Support: Familiarity with websites, SEO, or digital outreach strategies.
What matters most is a commitment to justice, inclusion, and collaboration, a willingness to share ideas, and passion for supporting Afghan and global diaspora communities.

• انکشاف جامعه و حمایت از نهادهای غیرانتفاعی: تجربه در هماهنگی برنامهها، نوشتن درخواستهای تمویل، یا ایجاد مشارکتها
• بینش در زمینهٔ دادخواهی و پالیسی: علاقهمندی به ادغام مهاجرین، مشارکت دیاسپورا، یا مسایل عدالت اجتماعی
• ارتباطات خلاقانه: مهارت در برندینگ، روایت تصویری، یا تهیهٔ پیامهای روشن و فراگیر
• حمایت دیجیتال و تخنیکی: آشنایی با وبسایتها، SEO، یا استراتژیهای دسترسی دیجیتال

Typical volunteer activities
Volunteers are the heartbeat of ACR Consulting Group. Your contributions help us strengthen communities, amplify voices, and build bridges between Afghanistan and Canada's global multicultural community.
Typical Activities:
- Community Outreach: Connect with diaspora members, newcomers, and partner organizations to foster inclusion.
- Program Support: Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Communication & Storytelling: Draft social media posts, newsletters, or outreach materials that highlight our mission.
- Research & Advocacy: Gather information on policy issues, prepare briefs, and support campaigns for social justice.
- Creative Contributions: Design visuals, infographics, or branded materials to engage diverse audiences.
- Digital Support: Update website content, troubleshoot tools, and help optimize our online visibility.
You'll gain hands-on experience in nonprofit consulting and advocacy, opportunities to grow your skills in communication, research, and community engagement, and the chance to make a tangible impact for Afghan and global diaspora communities in Canada and beyond.
